That is why we are absolutely delighted to be hosting Loving Your People: Love Them Madly, Manage Them Wisely on Wednesday 11th February at our office in central Birmingham as part of the West Midlands Business Festival. This event is a chance for leaders, founders and people professionals to explore what it really means to lead with compassion and skill in today’s fast-moving world.
