At Leopard Co, we are passionate about building a dynamic and diverse team that delivers top-tier marketing and communications expertise. This commitment continues with two key additions to our senior leadership team – Jade Mansell as Development Director and Emma Batchelor as Corporate Director.
Welcoming Jade Mansell as Development Director
Jade joins us after an impressive 12 years at WPR, where she quickly rose from junior account executive to account director within five years. An award-winning strategist, she has worked with high-profile clients such as Volvo, National Trust, Fujifilm, Dunelm, and Co-operative Funeralcare. Now at Leopard Co, Jade is taking the lead on marketing and new business development, driving the agency forward following the successful merger of spottydog communications and Big Cat in 2023.
Emma Batchelor returns as Corporate Director
Emma is no stranger to Leopard Co, having previously worked at spottydog communications. She brings extensive in-house experience in PR, public affairs and marketing, having held senior roles at OVO Energy and Indra Renewable Technologies, where she played a key role in the company’s five-fold growth over two years.
A period of exciting growth
The addition of Jade and Emma comes during a time of significant expansion. Earlier this year, we welcomed PR Director Laura Rudolph, alongside several junior hires, reinforcing our commitment to nurturing industry talent.

With a 90% female senior leadership team, we are proud to champion women in business. Our Co-CEO, Rachel Roberts, expressed her excitement for the new appointments:
