At Leopard Co, we’re proud to have been nominated and awarded many industry awards over the years. This award season has proved no different, with wins at the PRmoment Awards 2025, the West Midlands Business Awards 2025, and the PRCA DARE Awards 2025, and nominations from Creativepool and the EVIEs.

Beyond the trophies and celebrations, these awards carry a deeper significance. They’re not just acknowledgements of success, they're markers of trust, credibility, and the high standards we hold ourselves to every day – not to mention a product of the strong partnerships we have with our fantastic clients which enables us to produce this award-winning work.

Awards as an industry benchmark

Setting a high standard, industry awards are judged by senior leaders and peers from across the communications sector. Winning isn’t simply about producing creative work, it’s about demonstrating strategic impact, measurable results, and ethical practice.

For us, being recognised in this way confirms that:

  • Our campaigns don’t just make noise – they deliver tangible outcomes

  • Our people are making a mark as leaders and innovators in the industry

  • Our approach is setting a standard that others are noticing and applauding

Building trust with clients

For clients, awards are a signal of reliability. Choosing a PR partner, an SEO agency or a creative consultant means trusting your brand’s reputation and messaging with an external team. If an agency has been independently recognised, it provides that extra bit of reassurance that you’re working with a team that has proven expertise and consistently high standards.

These awards reflect the confidence others have in us and showcase our ability to work as an extension of a brand’s in-house team – for example, the recent success of our client, Indra, being nominated for three awards at the EVIEs 2025 is a culmination of Indra’s innovation and our expertise in writing compelling submissions, and the recognition that our client The Student Energy Group received winning 4 prestigious business awards last year, including awards at The UK Business Tech Awards and The National Technology Awards, cementing them as a leader in the industry!

Showcasing our people

Another important aspect of awards is seeing our own team’s talent in the spotlight. Recently, Leopard Co was crowned the winner of the ‘Newcomer Agency of the Year’ category at the PRmoment Awards 2025 – a true testament to the hard work of our whole team, as well as recognising our innovative strategy and four key strategic pillars for success. Earlier this year, one of our Account Directors, Bronia, was also named ‘Rising Star’ at the PRCA DARE Awards 2025, thanks to the outstanding work she delivers, her significant contributions to the growth of the agency, and her initiative in inspiring team members.

Tips for writing award-winning entries

Strong award entries don’t happen overnight, they take time! Our advice is to revisit the campaign in detail, ask the right questions, and collect data that clearly links the objectives to the results.

Using a simple framework, such as OASIS (objectives, audience, strategy, implementation, scoring) shows what you set out to do and what you achieved. The executive summary should read like a story. You should set the scene, highlight the challenge, share the action, and finish with measurable outcomes. Customise every entry, stick to the word count and format, and give yourself time to step away and edit with fresh eyes. A clear story, backed by solid data, is what makes great work stand out to the judges.

Driving us forward

As rewarding as winning an award is, they’re never the end goal, they’re a milestone. They give us momentum to keep pushing campaigns further, and to stay ambitious for our clients as we continue to strive to produce the best results and impacts possible.
