You’ll gain hands-on experience, sharpen your skills, and get a behind-the-scenes look at what it’s like to be part of our pack. We only accept a few cubs a year (though we have been known to make exceptions for stand-out candidates) and our spots fill up fast.
Think you have what it takes? Impress us with your creativity, passion, and drive, and you could be selected. To be considered you must attach a CV and Cover letter.

During my Talent Spot at Leopard, I had the opportunity to work on some exciting client briefs for Sizzling Pubs, Born Tasty and Pointer. The briefs really helped expand my knowledge and they gave me a full insight into agency life!
It was such a fun and valuable experience, and I am lucky enough to have also spent time at Leopard Co as a studio intern!

I decided to get involved in Talent Spot to have a proper look and gain some more hands-on experience in a real-life agency environment. During the program, I received a lot of very useful advice from my mentor Stephanie, which allowed me to understand the industry better and gave me clearer direction. I had the chance to work on a variety of tasks, including campaign planning, social media content creation, and press release writing, which really helped enhance my skills.
I'm now feeling a lot more confident when it comes to making choices about my future in marketing. Many thanks to the whole team for all the support and the friendly atmosphere, it made the experience even more valuable and enjoyable!

I first discovered Leopard Co at a careers fair at University. Fully immersed in their talk, I booked to attend their open house to learn more. Little did I know when I was sat there, that I would be in the same office as a Talent Spot just a few months later!
Initially, as a psychology student, I was particularly nervous (yet excited) to go, given that professional PR, social media, and marketing in general was a completely new domain to me. However, from the moment I walked in, the team exerted enthusiasm, kindness, and a helping hand, allowing me to grow and learn every step of the way.
