Challenge
To support performance nutrition brand Grenade’s successful launch in Canadian big-box retailers, Shoppers, Loblaws and Walmart in Canada.
It was important we supported Grenade’s existing campaign, Fuel Your Summer, to drive as many samples – and reach as many influencers - as possible in Toronto.
Solution
We activated a large-scale guerilla sampling activation in Toronto’s Trinity Bellwoods park - think Central Park, but in Toronto!
- We handed out 1,000+ bars to active park-goers looking to fuel up – crucially, acquiring vital newsletter sign-ups along the way
- We followed up with an influencer fitness event at a downtown gym, Academy of Lions. Hosted by the incredible athlete, @LittleTFitness, she took 27 fitness influencers through a dynamic and fun class, complete with on-site product sampling, photo opps and gift bags.
- The event was a smash success, with attendees getting to train with one of the best in the world, while also enjoying their favourite Grenade products
