Observation answers the 'what,’ and insight looks at the 'why.' It focuses on the reasons behind people's actions.

Strategy

Our foolproof strategies encompass three crucial elements.

1. Segmentation and targeting: identifying segments and specifically pinpointing intended targets.

2. Positioning: once the target audience is defined, our focus shifts to determining the brand's desired perception. How is your brand positioned in the market and what does it stand for? 

3. Objectives: what are the levers that need to be pulled to achieve success? Once the target audience and brand positioning are established, the objectives complete the puzzle.

We work to a funnel with your total market population or your target segment at the top. 

We then identify the 4 or 5 stages that lead a consumer from ignorance, through to repeat purchase and brand advocacy. 

Don’t use a generic funnel. Let us instead use qualitative research to understand the specific steps in your business and craft a customised model. That way, you know it is going to work.

Applying behavioural science to your strategy
